COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Originally brewed in England in the 18th and 19th centuries for export to the thirsty colonials stationed in India. Higher in alcohol and hop content (both natural preservatives), this deep amber, fruity ale has a big hop nose and a pleasantly dry finish.

Great beer. Lots of fresh citrus and pine aroma, the grapefruit flavor is very pronounced, semi-dry finish. Very easy to drink.

On tap at the brewery both on cask and tap. It pours golden orange with an off white head. The aroma is very nice with some fresh citrus, pine, and a touch of sweet maltiness for balance, but definitley dominated by potent American hops. The flavor is very satisfying with potent fresh citrusy grapefruit, orange, pine and minor notes of sweeter peach and caramel. The finish is very nice and bitter. A very solid IPA. Good work from Taps!

Had during their awesome brunch. Very good example of an IPA with loads of hops and bitterness in the flavor. Nice citrus/floral nose that carried over to the finish. Good clean brew

On Tap at The Reagle Beagle APPEARANCE: Clear orange amber color with moderate lacing. AROMA: Moderate aroma of pine and orange zest and sugar cookie. TASTE: Pine and grapefruit bitterness is more pronounced in the taste but there is enough malt to make it drinkable. Unfortunately I am also picking up a hint of soap. MOUTHFEEL: Medium body, finishes a bit crisp. Well carbonated. DRINKABILITY: A decent IPA but not much complexity.

Poured a hazy copper color with a small off-white head. Oranges and citrus aroma to start. The big caramel and big grapefruit. The flavor was dominated by oranges and citrus. Malty backbone is sturdy. Semi-dry and mildly bitter finish.

Super nice amber looking beer. Clean crisp, hop bomb flavor. Menu says this is 8%, but it’s totally easy to drink. Very good.
