On tap. Pours with a clear amber body and a small tan head. Aroma reminds me of irish whiskey for some reason, light fruit notes, dry and possibly burnt caramel. Taste is fruity, grainy, dry, diacetyl. Slick mouthfeel, medium fizz. My least favorite Taps beer that I have tried to date.

A: The pour is a medium to dark amber color with with an off-white head on top. S: The aromas are pretty standard for a red ale: sweet caramel and toasted, biscuity malts. There isn’t much in the way of hop aroma. T: The nose led me to believe this would be a pretty decent (though not amazing) red ale. However, I was gravely disappointed. The flavor had some initial sweet, caramel maltiness followed by a very off flavor that I can only describe as olives. M: The body is medium and the carbonation is quite lively. D: The off, olive flavor really ruins this beer. I was really glad I only got a taster glass rather than a full pint of this beer.

Pours reddish with no head. Aroma of toffee and caramel malts. Sweet initially with caramel and toffee with a moderately bitter finish. Well made like most of their offerings.
