Bottle. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of fruit, malt, wheat and caramel.

Draught at Taps Istanbul, Istanbul. Rough notes from May 08. Poured pale yellow with diminishing head. Citrus, grassy aroma. Sweet, fruity flavours with a thin watery finish.

Bottle shared by marchcow. Thanks for bringing this back from Turkey! Poured a clear golden color with a white head. Smelled of yeasty bread dough with light, but pleasant flowery hops and a dash of spices. Light bodied and dry with mild bitterness. I tasted grassy hops, flower blossom, and pale malts. There was also a strange but endearing dash of funk in there somewhere and a bit of fruit came out at the end. Pretty nice beer to kick the tasting off with!

Malty haylike aromas with some light citrus qualities. Very light/clear golden color with a bubbly white head. Flavor is light malty hay, wheat, light lemon, bread, very light bitter duration. Palate is mild. Flavors linger nicely. Not a bad Kolsch.

Clear pale yellow colour with a snowwhite head. Malty, light grainy sweet aroma with floral notes. Malty, light caramel sweet flavor with a vague hoppy note. Light dry and bitter finish.

Bottled. Very waterblended pale yellow colour, with small white head that disappears fast. Aroma is saltwater, slight vegetables and even a bit of alcohol. Flavour is malts, saltwater and paper.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Clear pale yellow, very brief head. Fruity grassy nose with a whiff of vegetables. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with spritzy rounded muthfeel. Notes of vanilla. Low bitterness. Fairly light flavoured, but IMO remarkably similar to the bottled kölsches I’ve head from Cologne.
