Bottled (BB 07/2007)
Pale yellow color, small white head. Typical Kölsch-nose: fruity and papery. Very stylish Kölsch: fruity and malty flavor ... and boring as many of them are. But suprisingly good for being from Turkey!

(Bottled) Pale yellow-golden with a smallish head. Quite dull, slightly sweet aroma with some honey. Papery-malty, corny-malty flavor. Light-bodied, slightly thin palate with soft carbonation. Very forgettable.

Draught at the brewpub in Atiye Sokak, Istanbul
Light blond color. Light beer, but at least with light crispy malt. Light but very nice hoppy aroma (Saaz-like). The flavor is perhaps too watery. Good bitterness lever, also some residual sweetness at the end.

Bottle in one of the North Shields Pubs in Istanbul. This beer poured a straw yellow colour and was served a little too cold for my liking. Some yeastiness and wheat tastes with an impressive bitterness, good hops, really refreshing very good beer. look forward to this if it’s on tap at the brewpub.

6x330ML bottles from Migros Kayseri less than 2YTL per bottle, sampled at home. Strong nose with a hint of grapefruit which is confirmed in the taste, pale & very highly carbonated giving a large short lasting head, a little thin with a bitter aftertaste.

Sampled draught at Taps Istanbul, Istanbul, Turkey. -the brewpub looks very nice, there are lots of different kinds of dishes, excellant beers but the only objection goes to the price because 500ml beer costs 4.5euro. -pale yellow minimal head, yeasty and hoppy like bohemian pilsener, refreshing
