COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for our illustrious owner, Joe Manzella, and brewed to celebrate our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Slightly darker than Joe’s favorite styel, Hefeweizen, with hints of spice and banana. Prost!

On tap today. Poured a diry, fairly murky, amberish color with not much head. Aroma was nice and strong with a good amount of sweetness; banana, yeast, some alcohol and spice. Flavor had a lot of banana and fruit esters. Good amount of sweetness, which I like. Some spicing, but not too much. A well done version of a style I really enjoy.
