COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We used a classic French farmhouse yeast to brew this Belgian farmhouse ale. Light in body and color, nice and spicy, with hints of citrus and a classically crisp, refreshing finish.

Highly turbid orange pour with a dense white head. Nose is nicely citrus forward with a strong yeast component. Slight grass, flowers, and a strong pepper note. Mild bread sweetness. The flavor is fairly dry with a subtle malt sweetness on the front end. Bitter citrus peel, floral hops, and a lot of spice. Plenty of yeast, hints of grass, and a light tartness.
