in taster at Churchills. Looks slightly cloudy straw yellow. White small head. Clean sweet wheat on the nose. Tastes at first pretty crisp and creamy citrus and light bitterness then some spices and banana kinda late. A pretty crisp hefe but i like it. Overall 7 of 10. Best hefe i have had so far.

Taste is quite nice, it has a common flavour of a wheat beer at the front, and a nice hint of the vanilla at the back, overall very drinkable and would have again

Pint/Growler @ TAPS, Niagara Falls, Canada.
Hazy yellow blond pour. I wish it were truly unfiltered, but you can’t always get what you want. Nice banana nose, very fruity + sweet. A subtle hint of vanilla in there, too. Pretty complex features on the nose, really. Medium bodied, goes down very nice. A little on the sweet side - not a bad thing! - hints of vanilla, honey, cloves, cinamon. Really nice taste and an excellent entry from the Taps guys. Loving their beers!

On tap at Taps.
In the aroma, I get clove upfront, followed by some banana. No vanilla at all.
Looks hazy dark yellow. Small head, but the head lasted. I think it just wasn’t poured with as much head as it should have been considering that it is a Weiss.
Tastes delicious. A bit more malty than your average wheat beer. Some banana and clove. No vannilla, zero. I was hoping to taste some vanilla, but was disappointed as I am a vanilla freak.
Palate was nice. Medium bodied. Lower carbonation than a normal wheat beer.

355 ml bottle from the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy, golden yellow in colour, small white head. Nice hefe aroma, some banana. Taste is wheaty, sweet, with mellow bitterness. Not getting the vanilla. Decent.

On tap at Taps on Queens in Niagara Falls. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Lemon, barely a hint of vanilla, and it may only be because I’m actively searching it out, light clove and banana. Light citrus, medium bodied, nice lemon notes, creamy mouthfeel. Finishes with a nice hint of banana and yeast.
