A cloudy Belgian style ale with a pale straw colour. A pleasant honey-like sweetness is accompanied by notes of perfumy coriander, with a complex herbal, spicy, note in the background, with just a hint of orange zest

On tap at brewpub. Light spicy aroma. Banana, vanilla, and spice taste. Clean taste and clean finish. Not bad.

Looks like a wit, but a bit more yellow. The aroma is earthy, with some citrus. The taste is balanced. It’s long and the finish fades slowly. Really nice!

Draught, 4.5% @ Syndicate, Niagara Falls. Pours hazy amber with small light head and some sediment. Clear aroma of malt, with some fruity touches and hints of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt, coriander and citrus. Mild peppery hints. Bitterish and mildly acidic aftertaste. Quite nice. 090715

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was fruity, musty, wheaty and had a bit of cracker. The flavor was bitter, citric, musty, cracker and bubblegum. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Drank on tap (10 oz) at Syndicate Restaurant and Brewpub in Niagara Falls on June 24, 2015. Hazy white blonde, medium head. Orange flower and raw wheat aroma. The taste is about the same, with a bit of coriander notes, nice light citrus finish. Unexpectedly good from a mega touristy town brewpub!

Tap at the brewpub. Sparkling yellow with a white froth. Nose is of lemon drop candy, perfume, hay, custard, and coriander. Sweet pale wheat malt meets lemon drop sweetness too, and hints to grassy bitterness. Creamy, light medium body, lingering lemony sweetness with light bitterness. Likely great in the summer. Good.

Enjoyed on-tapat the brewpub. Cloudy yellow, with a little white head Served way too cold. Funky yeasty aroma initially, more bannana as warms. Lace dots and lines. Medium mouthfeel, with a bannana taste notable, and a little metallic in finish. Not so drinkable.
