Ungstrup (11137), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 13, 2007 Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is acidic citrusy with continental eurpean hop notes. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of wheat and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty and citrusy end - reminds me of a Wit - very refreshing. The body is a bit thin omhper (10454), Stockholm, Sweden May 25, 2007 Updated: May 28, 2007Draught at Akkurat, Stckholm. Hazy golden, rich creamy head. Fruity buttery nose. Fairly sweet amd orangey with light to medium body. Notes of pears, butter and almonds. Drier finish with grass and pine needles as well as butter. A very drinkable, well balanced beer. Something special. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 27, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a tall and handsome, white head. Fresh, citrusy, hoppy nose. Light in body with a clean malt base but otherwise completely dominated by very dry, citrusy hop notes that also leave quite a heavy bitterness. Pleasant. 180907 yespr (6359), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 19, 2007 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Pineneedle aroma, slight soapy. Carbonated mouthfeel. hazy yellow, fine while head, lots of solid lace,
sweet malt aroma with lots of spicyness,
sweet malt flavor turns dry by all of the spicy character, light bitterness comes out of the spicyness,
