Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy, orange-yellow body with a large, white, frothy head and sparse webbing. The aroma is cookiesh with some tart pear, grape skin, light sugars, and lemony notes. Flavour is bready in a somewhat dusty body. Some apricot and peach fruity flavour and mild funkiness.
Quite surprised by this one as I hadn’t even heard of it.

Golden yellow, haze.
Intense and medium persistent aroma: citrusy, hop, fresh grass, unripe fruits, a little bit spices.
In your mouth is like you expected; marvellously bitter, sparkling and drinkable. Medium-light body. Slighltly astringent.
The best if you like both Belgium and bitterness.

Jul 8, 2008 This was gross. Smells very citrusy and hoppy. Appearance.. slightly cloudy golden yellow with a thick head that leaves an inch of lacing or more. Flavor- HOPS!!! If you like hops, you’ll like this... but I just don’t. at all. Overall impression... yuck. Very bitter.

Jul 8, 2008 The aroma is grassy with yeast, flowers, and malt. The appearance is golden with a slight cloud. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is like water. Overall it’s not that good.

Jul 7, 2008 draught @ the rake. lovely fresh hoppy golden, slightly hazy beer. Quite citric nose and grassy, it keeps the freshness all the way to the end. hoppy, fruity and dry fresh flavour. very drinkable light beer.
