Cóż... wzmocniony lager, nic nadzwyczajnego. Można pić, jak komuś zależy na zawartości alkoholu.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Typical Eastern European strong lager, tasted when it was 7.8% ABV. Malt sweetness dominates, unfortunately corn is there again as well, low hop bitterness and the expected ’petrol-like’ alcohol in the finish. Cheap alcoholics’ beer, to avoid at all time if you are seriously interested in craft beers. Even the Polish themselves have better strong lagers than this.

Can (about ten years old): Malty aroma, honey, alcohol, herbal hops. Hazy honey color, low head. Flavor is malty with honey notes and some nice aging flavors. Bitter hop, light herbal finish. Nice.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can from Total Wine in Huntington Beach, CA. Pours gold with a transient white head. Aroma is rather floral and corn/grain. Med body. Beer is actually rather floral and pleasant. Then it goes metallic nasty. At least there are no fusel oils. Definite drain pour.

500 ml. can sampled @ Barley Legal Tasting Room. Thx! Kraddel. Clear corn golden, small industrial white head. Thick artificial corn, cloying, metallic, thin fake apple syrup, nasty macro bitter / faint hops finish. This is swill.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a clear golden in color with a medium, short lived white head. The first impression of the aroma is that is rather metallic. Additionally, there is plenty of grain, some grassiness, and some breadiness. The taste is very similar to the aroma, being metallic and grainy. The grassy impressions come through much more at the end and actually overwhelm the earlier metallic flavors. I find touches of lemon as well. Those grassy flavors linger in the aftertaste for awhile in your mouth. Light to medium in body, I’d describe the texture as medium, and average in carbonation. This feels weaker than its advertised 7%. I wouldn’t dare call this one good, although it is drinkable.

500ml can form a 3.50$ 4 pack. BB January 2015. Not pouring it. Smell is thick malt, dark fruits, sharp booze, walnut, cardboard. Flavor is slightly roasty, bread, grassy hops, metal coin, spice, pretty boozy, caramel finish. Man polish malt liquors are classy.
