#4300. Can off Keith. Stuck at home with a broken bone and not a decent beer in the house. Can you tell? This one’s a pleasant surprise, however. Gold with soft carbonation and slick white lid. Typical strong lager aroma; white flour, rubber..but mingled with discreet grassiness, herbal hop, beeswax. Some glue at the front but overpowered by shrubby German-like hop, honey, crystallised lemon, powdered coriander seed, even. No booze, no metallic off notes, plenty of bottom-of-the-garden shrubbery. Getting a bit of a buzz on. That’ll do me from a strong Polish lager in a can; if it was Belgian it’d be scored a whole point higher.

Test vom 17.1.2007, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 7,6,6,5,10,6 - 6,15

This tastes a lot of malt liquor. Alcoholic charaters dominate this. Not so good. (in fact, these two tatra beers have the been the worst so far on my Germany trip).
