Poured from 16 oz bottle. I was reluctant to get a malt liquor, but figured that I’d have to try it at least once. Aroma is rather interesting but not appealing, a slight hint of honey and lemon which gives it a soft "Lemon Pledge" aroma. Pour is clear yellow with a small head. Taste wise, it’s a LOT smoother than what I was expecting. It’s better than a lot of beers I’ve tried. I don’t know if I’d drink it again, but it’s good enough to finish the bottle.

From local Indian supermarket. Lively forced carbonation. Rather tinny. Some cereal notes. Lager hop finish - flowery, muddled and soggy, but firm enough - lingering. Pale gold colour. Refreshing, though with an awareness of the alcohol strength. Not offensive. Pretty much what you have come to expect of a East European Strong Lager, though with a bit more hops.

Can from Polsky Sklep, Great Bridge, Tipton, West Mids. Slightly medicinal taste and a tinge of strength in the aroma. A faint hint of choc in the malt. Quite drinkable, not too harsh. OK, perhaps a little harsh. Probably the best of the 4 canned Polish beers which were sampled on train journey to Manchester.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 Raistlin (38) - London, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 4, 2010
This beer is golden color and has hazy texture. White foam is present only for a short time after you pour the beer and then it disappears completely. minimal head. It has low to medium bitterness and lightly sour at times. it has very low carbonation, it almost feels flat at times, yet tasty since its not biting your throat on way down. It has a quite a aftertaste, it is actually hard to taste it after you finished drinking.
