3rdAEJD (1), , California, USA does not count Sep 7, 2008 Appearance of malt liquor. Uninviting odor. Surprisingly tasty malt with a clean finish. A cut above other lagers from south of the border. Worth repeating. No lime required. WeeHeavySD (1839), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Jul 6, 2008 10th rating of this pale lager, 12oz at a Friend’s BBQ. This was surpisingly tasty and drinkable for the style. Sweet light nose and taste and pretty tasty and drinkable for the style, I know I’m being repetitive. pinkzambia (889), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 30, 2008 Bottle: Clear pale color with not much head. Sweet malty aroma with a little skunky. Classic pale lager crispness with a slightly soapy aftertaste. Sweet and smooth to the feel. If I was stuck in El Salvador, get me one of these immediately, if not sooner. Otherwise, I’ll opt for a Northwest IPA. Thanks to Las Vegas based Southwest Flight Attendant David Guerrero for hooking me up with one of these. He said they are at a great price at Fresh & Easy. ghawener (699), San Salvador, El Salvador Jun 1, 2008 Bottle: great looking bottle label design, crisp, clean and slightly hopped. Refreshing good with hot & spicy food. mjg74 (1798), La Mesa, California, USA Mar 1, 2008 Updated: Mar 4, 2008Bottle from Fresh & Easy. Clear medium golden color upon pouring. Grainy cardboard aroma with a hint of malt. Grainy flavor with a hint of matiness. Not bad for style.
