On tap at Élesztő Budapest. Orange coloured, small off-white head, pleasant fresh hoppy nose. Moderate malty, strong grapefruity hoppy and slight caramel with dryish bitter hoppy finish. Quite nice.

On tap at Szimpla Kavezó. Lovely murky peachy body with a lasting white head. Dank hoppy aroma, slightly yeasty-bready, mild peachy notes. The taste... wow! Lovely, hoppy aromatics, without too much bitterness. Fruity notes dominate. Something tropical I couldn’t name - only that I’m sure that some Fanta had used that flavor at some point. Mango? Currant? Random thoughts, none seem right. But damn, this was delectable. Surprisingly lovely beer.

Draft at Eleszto in Budapest. I didn’t like this as much as other folks it seems. Hazy gold, foamy white head. honey malts, rye bread, apricot fruitiness. Sour funk, typical Hungarian yeast profile. Alright. Good hop profile but it doesn’t balance out as a finished beer.

Clear orange yellow with small off-whie lacin foam head. Aroma is hop dominated. Taste is bitter hops, like the aftertaste. An IPA in its pure form. (Budapest 201311)

Bottle courtesy of the Nick Marley international excursion. Pours hazy Gold with a White head. Aroma is caramel and citrus. The flavour has grapefruit and caramel with a rampant bitterness. Absolutely delicious. Imagine that.

Tap at Dobry Casy. Aroma exotic fruit salad. Pineapple, lychee, tangerine. Stable head, clear deep golden colour. Taste is initially malty, nice pronounced caramel. Bitterness is moderate (for an IPA), hops flavour goes in the same direction as aroma. Finish is dry bitter, somewhat earthy. Body is a tad bit too full, but okay. Decent IPA.

Tap. Opal orange body with a small white head on its top, which laces. Smell of elder-berries. The brew starts crisp followed by mild honey, elder-berries and flowers maked in the middle place for distinct resin and herbs, mouthfeel is slick. The lingering finish brings huge grapefruit and gently warming alcohol along. Well made, but for me not round enough to be a really great one.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2014 hazy orange colour, medium off-white head; aroma of citrus/grapefruit, honey, some resin and floral hoppyness; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness (with resin and grapefruit) and hints of honey sweetness; really good IPA, I like it - srongly recommended. re-tasted in January, 2014: when tasted first I scored it 4.1...now it is a shame and this bottle is absolutely disappointing...something went wrong there, please correct it! re-tasted again in February:now, this bottle is perfect again changed from 3.9 to 4.0
