Draught at the Rama III location. F me, I take what feels like an hour long taxi ride to this place to escape the pale lagers and end up liking this the most. Hazy amber. Nose of light snappy floral hops, flavour is honestly horse blanket, for some reason I get that from unfiltered lagers. Finish lasts. More similar to the kellerbiers I’ve tried than any pale lager. Sat next to the taps, this was 90% of their pours, but it’s not only because it’s the most similar to the ubiquitous yellow fizz here, it’s just a really good beer imho.

Lager not my favorite style, but after their marvelous Hefe i had to try this. Entirely adequate. Almost clear, lightly hazy, good draft head. Grassy lager nose, classic lager floral hops. What else can I add? Worked well with spicy Thai food.

A hazed blonde lager with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice chalky malt with smooth notes. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with ight herbal hops, refreshing. On tap at brewpub on Rama 3, July 10, 2011.

A respectful cookie dough bows to prevalent but still light hops...Baby plantanes play naked in grassy citrus peels...Prideless yet careful craftsmanship...

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2010 Bangkok: Cloudy beige-amber colour; the aroma is mainly, if lightly, herbal with pale malt notes shuffing shyly underneath. Fresh malty palate with lime-like hops and a faint touch of yeast. 7-3-7-3-13 = 3.3

Singapore: Hazy light tan; thin head. Aroma is vaguely malty, somewhat yeasty. Flavour is yeasty with just a little toasty malt. Probably a little bit fizzy for its own good. 6-3-6-3-12 = 3.0

A bit hazy orange color (unfiltered), decent creamy head. Faint aroma of citrus and brewing mash. Bready malty flavor with fruity esters and citrus. Very pleasant lager.

Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.
Cloudy golden color, small white head. Malty and grainy scent. Malty, dry, grainy taste. Dry, grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium dry bitterness.
Not very interesting or really any character either, fairly bland and boring.

Tap. Golden yellow with a big foamy white head in a 0.3L glass. Fairly smooth but relatively non-descript. Slightly more character and hops than most Asian lagers.
