3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2009 Good floral flavours. Nice banana vanilla notes with some faint spice elements. Has a nice grainy sweet aftertaste with a delectable middle. Lacking in strong aromas and the typical cloudy wheat beer body though. Nevertheless, highly refreshing, thirst quenching and nicely carbonated. Good wheat beer.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at the brewpub in Singapore
Cloudy blond color. Light wheat aroma, more pronounced wheat flavor; it has mild spice and fruit touch; dry; very low bitterness.
Easy but not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.
Sampled first, then had the "buy 1 pint get 1 free" offer with this beer.
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet, fruity, phenolic scent. Sweet, banana, fruity, clove taste. Dry aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
Out of the three beers available this was the one who inspired most, which unfortunately don’t say all that much. Decent.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at the Rama III location. Love the commercial description. Mainly esters here and not many phenols, with a strong banana scent and flavour of course. Sweet, no tartness. Very fresh, As JorgeLee said this is on the way to being a wit; possibility there’s unmalted wheat in here. Simple, but good.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at the brewpub, BKK. Mildly hopped with an incredibly smooth bitter finish. For some reason I taste sweet corn, but its good. Hints of earth. Damn good for what it is...a hefe being brewed in the Big Mango!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at the Singapore branch. Quite pale yellow colour, very light and sweet for a weizen (almost on the way to being a blanche), nice spicy taste.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A hazed golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, classic estery bananas, cloves, oranges, and light kiwis. In mouth, a nice light fruity weizen, with bananas and cloves, spot on. On tap at brewpub on Rama 3, July 10, 2011.

on draught at the brewpub in Bangkok.
Decent head. Cloudy weizen colour. I wish they’d turn the lights up in here a bit.. A decent weizen and a godsend after all the bloody lagers here

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours cloudy golden yellow with a thick head that leave a little lacing as it fades. The aroma is dominated by banana with bread, citrus, and yeast. It tastes fairly sweet with low bitterness and low sourness.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draft @ Singapore brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow, paler than the lager. Decent stable head. Aroma tainted by some pedio and dirty sock sourness. Thin but soft palate with some fizz. Flavors are ok, some sweet wheat malt character. Finishes with a nice wheat/fruit balance. OK.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
An unanticipated delight. Nose of citrus, banana, cloves ... a real hefe. Cloudy orange with a huge white head. This is starting to get interesting. Taste of banana and cloves and lemon ... about as good as a hefe can get, and perfect for the humid hot sticky Singapore evening and perfect with the moderately spicy and wonderfully complex Thai dinner. What a wonderful surprise. Thanks Tobias and Irene for finding the place.
