Dark copper brown color, small off-white head. Nutty, toasted chestnut aroma. Grassy, woody hoppy, caramelly flavor. Suprsingly good one from Palestine (this bottle was original, not one from Germany).

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle @ the RBESG08 Grand Tasting.
Pours deep brown with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, light chocolate and rather earthy. Okay mouthfeel. Fine flavour, good chocolate, lightly roasted - not dissimilar in style to the Bøgedal beers. Nice.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Grand Tasting, RBESG08.
Hazy brown colour with tan head. roma from dark malts with notes of plum. Good chewy, lively mouthfeel with dark fruits, chocolate and caramel. Low on hops as it should be, but bit short in the finish. A nice surprise!
