Skyview (5172) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JAN 25, 2009
On draught at the Taylor’s Crossing Brewpub, north of Vancouver, BC. Pours a clear pale amber brew with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates to a cream top and excellent lacing. Aroma of roasted caramel malt, some floral hops and a touch of honey and fruit. Taste is medium bodied, with toasted/biscuit malt, floral hops and a touch of fruit. Finish continues a biscuit malt aftertaste, nicely balanced with very little hop bitterness and flavor.
