Tap. Pours cloudy straw, small creamy white head, nice lacing. Aroma is wheat, lemon, coriander. Flavor is pretty true to style, very light sweet, coriander and wheat with a bit of zest. Light body, creamy. Decent.

12oz bottle in Le Bubba Gump - nose is wheat, corn and black pepper. Sip definitely adds coriander and generic spices. Refreshing and citrusy in the aftertaste department.

Pours a lite yellow, hazy, with a small white head. Coriander in the aroma along with the bready yeast. Taste is mainly the wheat as bread with some light citrus notes. Body is light.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs; thanks jmborggren). Looks good for the style; a mostly transparent golden wheat with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells pleasantly wheaty and spicy with a nice mild Belgian yeast presence and notes of citrus and coriander. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. A bit of soft clove too. This one was a pleasant surprise; I’m normally not big on this style, but this is a good one.

Not really my style but still a good wit. America made Belgian wit brew. Enjoy.

Bottle. Poured hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty spice wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle, from Dutch’s. Labeled 5.3%, 15 IBU. Hazy pale yellow color. Totally hazy. Thin white head. Short ropes of lace. Good yeast profile. Nice lemony tart taste, and moderate sweet. Good orange peel zest, light spice. Medium body, with a kind of full texture. Lightly spicy, lightly slick. Light carbonation. Solid, tasty witbier. I like it. The more pronounced wit yeast may turn some off, though. Not the smoothest, most refreshing, easy drinking wit, but very flavorful, and tasty. Gets better after time.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Yellow color with a thin white head. Big spicy nose with coriander and orange citrus notes. This is a very nice Witbier with lots of coriander, lemon, orange, tangerine and doughy yeast. I hope I can find more of this beer yet this summer.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Save On. Very pale hazy straw/beige (or something) with lasting white head and lace. Heavy coriander in aroma with some wheat tang and some clove. Very subdued fruity sweetness with grassy notes and very dry clean finish. Very refreshing and quaffable, like a wit is supposed to be. Excellent.
