0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
UPDATED: APR 11, 2003 Wow! This might be the worst freakin beer I have ever had. No on second thought the Becks Lights was worse. Here in Pennsylvania they sell "Mystery Cases" at Christmas time, to unsuspecting fools who buy them as gifts. Honesty, the worst of the 280+ beers I have had have come from these "puke samplers". Thank God it was free or I might have a hard time sleeping if I actually paid for this piss. Aroma is of a week old newspaper that a dog has been chewing on. Head if fluffy, most likely due to the brewer not getting all the soap out of the bottles. Tastes is a cross between pee, sawdust and wood glue. Why, do they make such swill?

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
I would call this a slightly below average beer because it looks and pours like a normal American Standard (ie Bud/Bud Light), but the taste has a bite to it that is not desirable.

Plain, boring and blah. Not at all offensive, but aside from water I’m not sure I’ve drank anything so void of flavor. I can’t imagine what the light version of this would be like…

Bland and pretty boring. Thin and a bit watery. Slight unpleasant bitterness. Corona is better, but not by much.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
a pretty simple american standard beer with a little skunkiness.
Dos Equis and negra modello are way better.
This one didn't taste much different from an MGD to me.

Pale gold with malt aromas. Medium bodied, easy drinking brew. Smooth on the palate with gentle carbonation. Slight fruity, herbal flavor is followed by a grainy dryness. Decent and adequate Mexican beer, much better than Corona. Dissapointing sourness in the aftertaste.

3/05/03: bottle. iced mug with a lime to boot. heavy lacing at fist pour (could this be due to a iced mug?) eventually reduces to little lacing. light pee-yellow color. somewhat clean aftertaste.

A very bad Mexican Beer. This is probably my least favorite Mexican beer. Bitter, tart and unbalanced with a nasty aftertaste. Must be 100 degree F outside with a beer temperature of around 34 degree F to drink.
