COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Lager beer with a delicious aroma of malt and hops and a delicate balance in its subtle refreshing taste.

Gotta say the only thing that was bad about our Mexican vacation was the beer. Mexican equivalent of Miller High Life. When ice cold it was drinkable but if not it was hard to get down. Tinny taste from the can. Aroma of corn and alchohol. Not good at all.

Bottle. This is a consistent performer all around. Malty caramel and toasty bread flavors, with bitter hopp accents. Smooth light to medium body. Nice beer that goes with any food I choose.

Bottle. Clear yellow with a thin white head. The aroma has a hint of hay and barley. The flavor brings some off malty flavors. Not awful. I rationalize slumming these pale lagers for ticks because I’m a poor college student...

Not horrible for a commercial beer. This is certainly better then a budweiser or a corona but certainly not as good as most microbrews.

Can from minibar...nose is, well, just not really there. Color is a really surreal orange-yellow that looks really artificial and slightly dead-head-ish - what are they putting int his stuff? Flavor is an instant hit of sour metallic corn...like if you left a galvanized bucket of feed corn outside in the sun for a day. Gross. Drainpour.

Experienced from a 12oz can. The beer is a competently formulated and brewed version of an essentially tasteless style. In the end, it seems that it is more appropriate to rate it based on its accuracy to the aforementioned than to simply disparage it because it is a pale lager. The aroma is slight, but does contain a few stray notes of pilsner malt. The mouthfeel and palate are insipid, but again, not out of style for a light lager. Finish is clean and semi-dry. Yet, Overall, it’s not worth purchasing outside the realm of beer pong or trips to Mexico.

While I’m not a big fan of Mexican beer, this light and satisfying brew is a refreshing alternative to Dos Equis or the nefarious Corona.

Straight out of the can. Pretty weak all around but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Refreshing and poundable and not filling. Has a bit more hop flavor than most pale lager macros, but I really mean a tiny bit.
