Bottle, not sure of color, drank straight from bottle. Nose generic crystal malt and some corn. Taste slight metallic bitter up front. Minimal sweet malt. No finish. Not ad off putting as dome in the class.

Light on everything. color, taste, and cost. You can drink a few, that’s about it. Like other Mexican beers, dos equis, corona... etc.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Clear light gold with a pretty much nonexistent white head. Aroma of slight lager yeast, stale grain, and musty old books. Taste is malt water and super diluted apple juice that’s been squeezed out of cardboard. Ever so slight hop bitterness without any aroma or taste. So thin. Carbonation sharp. This is the kind of beer I only drink if I get it for free.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can at Hacienda, Toronto. It's a can of lager. Quite a normal lager, very much of the fosters/carling/carlsberg ilk. Not great, but very easy to drink

Can. Fruity, light, clean. A bit sweet. Not a bit drinker at all for a pale lager.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2014 Tecate pours out a clear golden content with a small white head, hardly worth mentioning.
The aroma is quite weak, just some malty smell and some minimal grains.
The taste is similarly non-distinctive. Slightly sweet, watery, with a very weak bitterness in the finish. A bit of a disappointmnet, really.

@ Party Town / Florence KY Clear pale amber, rim head, dots and spots of lace. Taste is mostly adjunct with a spot of malt. There isn’t enough flavor to say it is bad, and it would probably quench thirst on a hot afternoon. Otherwise, very weak entry.
