Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht würzig. Geschmack angenehm malzig würzig, minimale Bitterkeit.

500ml bottle from beers of europe. Pours hazy light yellow with no real head, gentle carbonation. Aromas of hay and light lemon. Taste had a saline quality, malt sweet and very light bitterness. Palate is quite thin, but decent enough stuff.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. This is a pale straw coloured beer with a light malty and grassy flavour followed by slight floral notes on the dry finish.

Bottle, beers of Europe. Very pale yellow, lively beer with a clean white head. Faintly sulphur aroma, soft semi sweet malty breast flavour, definitely agree with the previous raters comments about the salty characteristic, it certainly lingers on the tongue and I like it. Standard German beer but it has a decent body to it and lives up to its abv.

Bottle from Willow Court Wines, Lichfield. Typical helles here. Yellow fizzy body and pond scum head. It has the helles slightly salty bitter taste and short finish.

mile (2741) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 15, 2013
Bottle. Light golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light hoppyness and light alcohol. Light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish, light grassy hoppyness and light alcohol. Quite light-bodied helles - OK hoppyness but too much alcohol in the finish considering the body.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Nice Helles with less spicy aromas than usual. Starts of refreshing with some malt and ends with some fruits and honey. In the end a bit too sweet but if you like it that way this one is very solid. Definitely quality.

McTapps (2995) - Ruhrgebiet, GERMANY - MAY 13, 2013
Clear light golden colour with low steady head and medium body. Nose of malt. Taste of corn, mild hops, fresh grains, grass, straw and cornflake cookies. Easy to drink, quite refreshing, goes down very well.

Pours golden with fleeting white foamy head. Smells of hay. Tastes of hay and is a little metallic. Heavy carbonation and fleeting flavor on the tongue.
