UPDATED: NOV 9, 2013 Bottle at home ... Golden yellow ... lager hop nose ... peppery hop ... not to shabby for a lager .... quite fruity... little caramel. Really quite suprising.... Bottle at pub... Little too grassy in nose... Nice

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from clockwork. Aroma has good quality pale malt, a little grainy and hints at sweetness, touch of peppery hop. Taste is a similar bag of tricks well balanced but without the grainyness. Great carbonation also.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at GBBF 2006. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and quite hoppy. The flavor is sweet with a very clean malt profile, with a crisp hoppiness, but the body is thin.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2013 Re-rate from bottle.
Golden, fine carbonation, nice white lace. Strong grassy hop aroma on hayish malt.
Solid malt body, cookies and bread, very nice broad grassy and honeyish hop profile. Sparkly mouthfeel, nice and moreish.
Happy I tried this one again.
