3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Acidic, tangerine, fresh, floral, back end loaded. Medium body, small head for a Belgium style, yeasty aroma. Went real well with stir fry and egg rolls. Not as light as some Belgium ales, very solid though.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, orange, some slight banana into lots of milky yeast, touch of biscuit, some vanilla, hint of clove. Taste was a mix of clove, coriander, white grape into some milky yeast, bread, some slight orange, finishing sweet.

Bottle pour. Hazy blonde with small white head. Wheat, light orange, and banana aroma. Light to medium body. Wheat, orange, coriander taste. Very light and easy to drink. A little disappointing as it is tasty, but not overly flavorful.

"Man, Iím a sucker for chamomile. It also doesnít hurt that this has an ever so slight tartness to it as well, making it stand out from others in the same style. The only flaw was the over-carbonated mouthfeel, but unfortunately it took away from the overall enjoyment of this otherwise good beer."

Taster at the brewery. Once upon a time this was one of my favorite beer, but that was a long time ago! Pours a hazy blonde. Cracker nose, very dry, ever so slightly tart. Finish is a bit abrupt.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
It's light in color, but missing the big traditional Belgian spice. Moderately sweet, but the yeast falls flat and boring. Not the even close to the best wit brewed in tone the USA..

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma yields typical citrus, coriander. Appearance is pale golden with some haze, seems right for this style, with moderate head. Taste and palate were the let-downs: just not much depth or complexity. Light body with average carbonation. Itís a light style, but i just wanted more taste than i got, with little spiciness. I was underwhelmed.
