COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic, unfiltered Belgian-style white ale brewed with coriander, orange peel, and locally grown chamomile flowers. It is called "white ale" because of the pale, cloudy color. A light aroma of orange and a zesty mouthfeel ensure that Telegraph White Ale is the perfect accompaniment to long summer days and fresh, flavorful farmer's market cuisine.

Acidic, tangerine, fresh, floral, back end loaded. Medium body, small head for a Belgium style, yeasty aroma. Went real well with stir fry and egg rolls. Not as light as some Belgium ales, very solid though.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. Big citrusy rind aroma. Lemon, doughy, slight tartness, hint of spice. A nice citrusy white ale. A bit on the thin side.

Bottle from capital beerfest. Pours white with no head. Looks like wine. Taste is kind of wheat and grape.

Bottle... Poured vibrant golden with a thick, fizzy white head. This was quite attenuated. Almost evaporated immediately once it hit the palate. Very drying. Tasted of wheat, vanilla, spices, and a little bit of citrus. Once I got past the mouthfeel and intense carbonation this seemed like a nice Belgian White.

From bottle at the King William IV, Leyton on 6 April 2012. Not sure where this appeared from but thanks to whoever shared the bottle. Yellow/orange colour with a fluffy white head. Aromatic and estery with a quite pronounced spice lift. Sweetish on the palate. Pretty decent.

750 cc from Blue Dog. Upon removing the cage, the cork popped with the intensity of Peter North after a 30-day religious sabbatical. The color was thick, turbid canary with 3-fingers of frothy white head. Nose is sweet florals, perfumy, with orange marmaladey fruit, limey citrus, apricot, peppery hops. Tastes limey citric, with florals, yeasty malt, hops, and slightly sweet apricotty notes as it warms.

Bottle:   Pale wheat, cloudy, frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Corriander and Chamomile on the nose, a bit of citrusy wheatiness as well.   Spritzy on the tongue, very spritzy.   Tastes as it smells, Corriander and Chamomile.   Seems like a spiced wheat as opposed to a witbier.   Sweet Corriander on the finish.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   As it warms more of the Chamomile comes out.   This is not your average witbier.   Very different and pleasing to try.   Thanks Ron!

Interesting beer. It looked like a crystal clear bud light when I got it, but the nose told a different story. Aroma of yeast and orange peel jumped out of the glass. Flavor is classic wit with a fairly light palate. Would be a decent lawn mower beer.
