COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with a generous amount of German Rye malt and an abundance of American hops, our ale embodies an earthly flavor and finishes with a hint of spice. This powerhouse of an ale excites even the most dormant of tastes buds.

Poured from can to glass. Slightly gazy straw hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is straw, peppercorn, tangerine, grapefruit. Mouthfeel is great with a medium light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness followed by a spicy hop bitterness and a peppercorn/rye finish. Overall this is a nice brew.

"bright citrus, skunky hops and rye on the aroma, fruity and spicy flavor. goes down easy at 5.5% though the aromatics and flavor make you think you’re drinking an ipa. well done."

On draught at Freshcraft. The beer is a hazy golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, malt and citrus. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and slight citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can from Hazel’s beverage world. Golden color, white head. Bitter taste with grapefruit, rye, hops, pine and a bit of tropical fruits. Bitter finish with grapefruit, pine and hops. Good pale ale, although a bit one-dimensional in terms of flavors.

Can from Weber St. poured into a fluted glass. Pours hay, looks a bit like a pale lager. No real head. Aroma is spicy, floral, grassy, with a bit of cat pee. Taste is a bit thin, but pleasantly bitter, spicy, and citrusy. A bit earthy on the finish. Overall well-balanced. Would definitely drink this again.
