IPA that is super drinkable with a big dry hop character and plenty of malt body. If we could only produce one beer this would be it.

Tap @ Craft Clerkenwell. Aroma: malts & hops. Also something that reminds me of sweaty feet. Quite a lot of malty sweetness in the taste combined with some very bitter hops. Some alcohol as well. Bitter and dry finish. Ok IPA

Draught keg at Mother Kelly’s. Had this a few times before & always liked the heaviness of malts/alcohol being well matched with a hefty dose of hoppiness, but its definitely on outstanding form here today.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s. Massive fan of this beer and can’t believe I’ve never rated it! Byway this batch is the best yet. Full bore hop vegetal madness, tobaccoesque bite and bitter with depth. Don’t sleep.

500ml bottle, pours clear golden brown, aroma has a decent malt backbone, biscuit and caramel, with the advertised US citrus hops coming through in spades, passion fruit, guava, Body is quite full for an IPA, with an oily slick texture, wel balanced moderate bitter finish, with average carbonation, excellent IPA

Tap @ Queens Head near St Pancras, medium sample, served in a tulip glass. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma is fruity, grapefruit, citrus, bit pine, some cookie, biscuit. Medium to high bitterness, slight sweet cookie sweetness. Quite big and hoppy, wonderful IPA in the true american way. Awesome stuff.
