IPA that is super drinkable with a big dry hop character and plenty of malt body. If we could only produce one beer this would be it.

Bottle from Oddbins West Hampstead. Orange colour, doesn’t raise much head. A classical American IPA, doesn’t re-invent the wheel but does do an IPA pretty well. Some malty sweetness. Loads of hops, citrus and pine, oily mouthfeel, bitter finish. No messing around, complex and tasty.

(Tempest Brave New World) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a teku, batch BNW03, ABV 7% Deep orange colour on the body, small but thick enough white head on top, with good retention. Nice aroma, light caramel malts, biscuit, light alcohol, orange cake, pine. Taste is nicely bitter from the beginning, with citrus, grapefruit, biscuit, cookie dough, pine, nice fruity notes, light alcohol on the finish. Medium thin body, good carbonation, good dryness on the palate. Very good, refreshing and highly drinkable.
