500ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours a browny orange with a decent head reducing to patchy bubbly foam. Exceedingly hoppy with tropical and floral elements and a healthy dose of sweet malts. Quite tasty with a nice bitter finish.

Aroma: tropical fruits, citrus hops. Appearance: hazy gold, small white head. Taste: light bitter and sweet. Palate: alcohol, bitters continue lightly, short finish. Overall: nice IPA, alcohol in the palate prevented higher rating. Pint at The White Horse, Parson’s Green.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Keg at Draft House London. Hazy orange with a big foamy white head. Leaves deep lacing. Smell - big caramel, lots of fresh tropical hops. Body is medium and carbonation fairly low. Taste - caramel malts, lime and kiwi, finishes with salty stock and cabbage (in a good way), dry resin. Big IPA in great condition. Doesn’t have the flavour to match the smell, but a really good easy drinking beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sweet, malty, hoppy, pineapple and passionfruit aroma. Can smell bitterness as well as sweetness. Surprisingly mild distictive fruity flavour with huge bitterness on the end. Unusual flavour coming out from the yeast used. Aromatic and pleasant perfume like flavour on the very back of the mouth. A very big, in your face beer but not as exciting as I expected.

500ml bottle shared with jeevan. Amber pour, thick white head. Aromas of grapefruit, grassy hops and caramel malt, resin too. Taste brings it together really well. A very solid US-style IPA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @home, pours amber/orange, quite hazy. Nose of grapefruit, not the biggest nose i’ve ever had on a beer, also some slight malts. The taste more than makes up for it. You get this big hop bitterness at first, which softens with some malty sweetness. This is one seriously good beer.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Live Christmas rating! 500 ml bottle bought at Glug, Grainger Market Newcastle as a stocking filler by my wife and son, God bless them. Poured into a shaker. Amber with a thin white skim Big sappy conifer aroma. Super hoppy resin and floral flavour, with a lurking suspicion of my beloved blue fruit sweetness. "Super drinkable", aye, but not a beer to lash down. Can a beer be suave? Self confident? Medium bodied, slick, finish assertively astringent as expected. What a lovely festive treat.
