50cl bottle from HB&B, London. It pours a rich copper color with a medium tan head. Aroma is lightly sweet, lightly roasty, malty and woody and smokey. Taste is medium sweet and lightly roasty and bitter, with nice smokiness with notes of campfire, bacon and burnt wood. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, very nice balance and clean smokiness.

GlasgowTAD (478) - Glasgow/Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - DEC 10, 2014
Aroma is heavy smoked mackerel. Head is almost non-existant. Taste is salty smoked fish, sweet lager maltiness and a mellow smooth finish which does not last long. This is an interesting style, very smokey and salty reminiscent of smoked fish. Goes well with smoked fish, unsurprisingly.
