2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl bottle bb30/09/2015, trade@Journée des portes ouvertes, Colmar.
BrewDog-inspired marketing in label, design & naming. Appealing exotic aroma (lychee) once sipped swiftly giving way to affirmative pine and not-so-well tied in whiffs of burnt rubber and soap (as in: SchW TAP 5); pleasant enough thin body of a light ale rather than a pilsner. Needs a bit more work/time for the question to become pertinent: Pacifist how?

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2013 Misty yet light coloured body with big stable bubbly off white head. Looks good. Spruce, floral, bit of aniseed. Nothing big, but a well made mix. Bready yeast to back up. Pleasant drink, like a hopped up biere de garde; enough malts to get this going to the (somewhat sticky) end, while have an interesting farmhouse yeast. Suits me well. bit too much carbonation maybe. Very nice drink balanced drink. But I would never categorize this as a pilsner... (33cl bottle from La Moustache Blanche)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with low head (a very young bottle). Nose is hopy and yeast like. Aroma is nutty and a bit yeast like, fresh hops on grass, light lemon, notes of fresh bread and unfiltered pils, fine.
