A light & refreshing beer with a soft malt character complemented by the fresh hop aroma of citrus & summer fruits & the addition of an ancient sea salt.

330mL bottle from Dan Murphys. BB 12/07/16 Pale gold beer, decent clarity, small white head. Not a lot on the nose - floral citrusy hops, grainy cereal malts. Light bodied, lively carbonation, drying wheaty sort of texture. Touch watery on the body it must be said, but flavours are pleasant enough - citrus, melon, grassy hops, cereal malts, moderate spicy bitterness, lingering dry slightly metallic finish. Quite simple, would probably appeal to the mass market but has a bit more character than most.

Poured a cloudy very pale straw colour with an enormous (filled the glass) white foamy head that retained too well and laced well. Carbonation low and fine. Aroma of fresh citrus (lemon, lime). Taste initially sweet followed by subtle lemon-lime. Light body, bordering on watery. Crisp, soft and with a bit of a tart bitterness on the finish. Average.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2015 From bottle. A surprising and clever beer. hint of gas, salt, and hops. Good balance and easy to drink. A clever little beer

(Bottle) Clear straw with small white head. Nice refreshing aroma - lemon with some floral and spice notes. Light body with plentiful soft carbonation giving good mouthfeel. Taste starts with tangy lemon over a slightly bready light malt. It falls to being quite thin in the mid palate, but this followed by some, somewhat harsh, bitterness in the finish. Pleasant beer with quite a bit going on for a blond.

A good looking pale gold colour with a rocky white head and plenty of carbonation coming through a body with a little bit of haze. The aroma is light with evidence of lemon peel and some fragrant rock melon. It is quenching and juicy. There’s a lovely gentle fruitiness in the flavour and a twist of bitterness. Light, tasty and quaffable.

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours golden with a thick white head and lots of carbonation. Classic summer drinking this. Clean and crisp yet subtly fruity and lightly bitter. Great beer

Bottle (330ml). Slightly hazy straw yellow with a small white head and firm collar. Nose has mild citrus hops, stonefruit and baseline sweet pale malts. Taste is similar with a dry reasonably bitter finish enhanced by the subtle use of sea salt (evident at the very end of the palate). A decent light-medium bodied session ale.

From a bottle. Pours slightly cloudy straw, lasting thin white head, slightly dry finish, light body, a touch like cider. Pretty good.

Citra? Smells divine. Pours very pale with a head that doesn't last. Advertised as salt added but I think a bit too much. It tastes of chemicals. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour is light straw with a hint of cloudiness and white head. Rather hoppy aroma with hints of fruit. Flavor is good, light apricot notes, with some breadiness and moderate bitterness. Blend of hops is hard to discern, but there is a bit of Nelson in there I think.
