Tap at Temple. My pick of the beers at Temple. Seriously yeasty appearance but it didnít seem to affect the flavour. A few different flavours seemingly pulling in different directions but the net effect is very good. Fruity, floral, vaguely Belgian-style esters and bright US hoppiness on top of a really fresh pale malt base. My kind of beer, full of fresh, bright and zingy flavours.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours a perfect golden blonde colour with a great looking white, dense and fluffy head. Lovely lacing left about. This beer is all about the sessionability. Nice, balanced smells of citrus and biscuit. Very lemony. Reminds me of a lemon morang in taste. Light doughy biscuit tones with loads of lemon and citric hoppage over the top. Very well made. Super clean, crisp and refreshing

Tried on tap at Temple. Light, tart, refreshing, some wheat notes also some lemon coming through. Quite different but very sessionable.

330ml bottle mane liquor. As the label said, this beer is the ultimate light and refreshing beer, itíd be perfect on a hot summers day. Itís has an amazing floral and lemon citrus aroma which suggests that itíd be full of character and flavour but upon tasting it lacked the citrus and/or malt depth that I expected. But I didnít mind because it WAS bloody refreshing, canít wait to sink a few of these on a 40 degree day watching the cricket.

On tap at the brewery. Very nicely hopped beer. Aromas of flowers, citrus, hay, with a hint of caramel. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and average length. Palate is oily, and medium bodied. Pale yellow, with a thin head.

Bottle. Presumably the TM after "Bicycle" in the name is a dig at Monteithís. Hazy yellow gold with a rocky white head. Aroma of lemon pudding, orange blossoms, coriander, white pepper. Light bodied. taste has lemon, spices (the above, plus vanilla), light dough. Dry finish with a fir whack of salt. A good and rather original dust-cutter that will be very welcome in Summer.
