COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pint draft at Graciela.Taller de Cerveza in Colonia Roma in Mexico City. Piers clean with medium height foam head. Malt comes across as mild Crystall with simple Pilsener base. Temp around 8C allowed malt to open up. Slightly undercarbed which left thin watery aftertaste, but did not diminish the thirst for the next stop.

Bottle, 355ml. Pours a clear, deep copper/reddish hue with a nice tan head that’s better than most Mexican beers offers. Aroma is of caramel. roasted malts, slightly faint. Taste is nicely heavy and drinkable, though not much going on. Quite good with a nice finish.
