The Tenacious Traveler is invigorating, breaking from the norm of traditional Shandys. A persistent fellow with a spicy disposition, TT is a bright, vibrant wheat beer brewed with real ginger and clover honey that delivers the perfect balance between sweet and spice.

Quite weird and also strange. Was fruity and sweet but with not so common features in it.

Bottle gift from SJ. Again, not too crazy about the Shandy’s. This bodies, nothing out standing . Notes of Honey and lemon. Very thin.

THOUGHTS: Very light and fairly flavorful, but a little watered down. It would make a nice lawnmower drink. I say drink, because it’s barely a beer. The ginger got a little hot by the end. TECHNICAL:Bottle. Poured a muddy, slightly greenish, dirty looking, medium yellow with tons of tiny bubbles and a large, white head that left fair to good lacing. The aroma had honey, ginger, hints of lemon; but mostly ginger. The initial flavor was lightly sweet and acidic; while the finish was lightly sweet, lightly acidic and slightly bitter. There was lemon, ginger, honey, but it was somehow all watered down. The light to medium body was a little bit watery with fizzy carbonation and a dry and slightly astringent finish.

Wow!!! I bought this at a craft beer store. It was $1.79 for a bottle. It tasted like 6oz of beer and 6oz of Sprite. I would advise everyone don’t even waste your money, even out of curiosity. Please, please save your money and find something else.

Tampa, Fl - Total Wine - 12 oz bottle. Pours a murky medium golden with a sticky frothy white head. light lacing. Aroma has some tart lemon pledge accents, pleasant but artificial, a hint of ginger. Flavor is along the same lines as the aroma with plenty of tart lemon candy sweetness with a touch of ginger to balance it out. Some yeasty notes round it out in the back end. Mouthfeel is slightly pasty. Somewhat refreshing.

Cloudy pale yellow color. Funky apple spice aroma. Light apple, honey and ginger flavor. Prickly carbonation. It is what it is, but not my cup of tea.

There are two of these. One with ginger one without. I prefer with ginger because other that that it is an oversweetened sub par shandy.

Not much of a beer, but refreshing Lemony citrus taste. Drank from a bottle. Seahawks 21, Niners 0.

The aroma is sweet, spicy, and fruity with lots of citrus, ginger, and honey. There is also a wee bit of dirty dish water. The appearance is cloudy gold with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma but not all together lovable. Seems to taste like a flavor added (lemon drops) macro lager. The palate is average. Overall it really sucked me in with the authentic aroma but despite a couple of nice qualities I would not want any more of this.

Looks like a hefe. Smells like lemon candy. Initially bitter with wierd lemon polish effect on the back of the tongue. I normally like shandies but could do without this one. Tastes a little like my lemon flavored fermented out homemade cider and that’s not saying much. Some fine co2. Overall, not impressed Yes, lemon furniture polish finish too.
