COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Tenacious Traveler is invigorating, breaking from the norm of traditional Shandys. A persistent fellow with a spicy disposition, TT is a bright, vibrant wheat beer brewed with real ginger and clover honey that delivers the perfect balance between sweet and spice.

Cloudy pale yellow color. Funky apple spice aroma. Light apple, honey and ginger flavor. Prickly carbonation. It is what it is, but not my cup of tea.

There are two of these. One with ginger one without. I prefer with ginger because other that that it is an oversweetened sub par shandy.

Not much of a beer, but refreshing Lemony citrus taste. Drank from a bottle. Seahawks 21, Niners 0.

The aroma is sweet, spicy, and fruity with lots of citrus, ginger, and honey. There is also a wee bit of dirty dish water. The appearance is cloudy gold with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma but not all together lovable. Seems to taste like a flavor added (lemon drops) macro lager. The palate is average. Overall it really sucked me in with the authentic aroma but despite a couple of nice qualities I would not want any more of this.

Looks like a hefe. Smells like lemon candy. Initially bitter with wierd lemon polish effect on the back of the tongue. I normally like shandies but could do without this one. Tastes a little like my lemon flavored fermented out homemade cider and that’s not saying much. Some fine co2. Overall, not impressed Yes, lemon furniture polish finish too.

From a bottle poured a straw color with a small amount of head. Sweet light spicy flavor with a quick finish.

Bottle. Hazy goldenrod, white head. Lemonade, good balance of tartness and sweetness, a little bit of ginger, and some lighter flowery/grassy notes. Not bad.

Bottle. Dark yellow clouded appearance, small foamy white head, citrusy aroma, high carbonation, sweet taste reminiscing of oranges, long finish. Nice but a bit too sweet.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold body with a very minimal wispy white head that ran to a thin ring. The aroma is more like ginger ale than beer. Loads of fresh ginger and to a lesser extent some lemon lime soda. Doesn’t exactly smell like beer, though there is a bit of yeastiness underlying it all. The flavor is quite nice and refreshing in and of itself, but not exactly what you want in a beer. Pretty sure my kids would like this. A light hint of alcohol and that underlying earthy yeastiness is the only thing that separates this from a soda. Light bodied and fizzy with a light lingering smack of ginger and lemon. I gues it might be a pretty good shandy, but not up my alley.

Trev (1893) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - NOV 23, 2012
Bottle: Hazy gold pour with a quick fading medium white head. aroma is lemon and malted wheat, and gingerale. Malty bready body with lemon and ginger, light honey and wet straw herbal component as well that is a bit unpleasant for me.
