Draft at Public House in the Venetian, served in a pint glass. Pours a clear golden amber with a finger of resilient, uneven cream colored head that laces the glass. Aroma of grapefruit, caramel malts, leaves, sugars, and toast. Flavor of sweet and toasted malts, earth, leafy hops, and citrus peel late. Very dry and earthy. Light-bodied, medium carbonation. Good APA.

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2013 Tap @ Public House, Las Vegas 19/04/12. as Tenaya Creek Pale Ale. Pours hazy amber with a medium, off-white head. Aroma is pine, some grapefruit. Taste is strongly grapefruit with some pine and passion fruit. Not a lot of caramel. Palate is stingy. Had it with some caramelized oysters and roasted asparagus. Not really a good match, not enough caramel to match the oysters.

Golden yellow in color... Aroma is slightly floral hops... Flavor is slightly watery, with notes of citrus hop bitterness and minimal sweetness... Kind of bland, okay beer

Draft poured into a frosty glass...thanks. Clear, gold-amber color with a foamy tan head. Soft aroma of sweet green hops. Flavor falls a little flat. Nice bitterness up front but then it dies off. Fine.
