COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian-style white ale specifically brewed for the summer months. A cloudy white beer, brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and white wheat. We spiced this ale with Coriander and orange peel. Czech Saaz and whole flower Sterling hops were used.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear amber watery yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has flora and sweet fruits with backing Belgian yeast and sweet wheat. Flavor has a lot of flora and Belgian yeast with underlying sweet wheat.

Sampler flight on tap at the brewery (Las Vegas, NV). Pours a well hazed straw yellow hue. A gentle golden orange glow with thicker bright white cakey head. Stays as a firm to thicker layer. Aromas show gentle fruit, some orange peel, light bready malts and flaked wheat. Some straw. Gentle fruity ester. Initial is pretty orange driven, rind with a bigger coriander smack as we move on. A bit spice driven up front for my tastes. Middle takes a turn towards the more traditional fruit and orange, some bready and doughy malt. Touches of mellow straw, spice. Backend and finish show some bready malts, a decent dryness and yeastiness. Subtle earth, coriander and mellow rind linger on. A touch light but quite drinkable. Approachable, sessionworthy. Nice enough.

Lots of bitter orange and a nice amount of hops and malt. Not too bitter with the beer. Orange is dominate ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

hazy lemonade color with a small white head. smells like dusty wheat mixed with lemon, yeast and soft earthy spiciness. the flavor is the same... a bit rich and sludge-y with some grass showing up in the aftertaste. not much going on but it is well put together and refreshingly tart on the finish. medium bodied with a touch of substance to the texture. 5/3/5/3/14/3.0

Draught at brewpub. Cloudy, straw-yellow colour with a medium white head. This seasonal version was published as 6.6 ABV and it dominated everything from the aroma to the flavour. Slightly below average due to ABv not well hidden.

Fruity aroma. No head. Taste is very stringent, fruity and bad. Much too sour and not very good. Hard to finish even the sample

Draft pint at the brewpub. Visual is true to style, light yellow with an orange tint and an opaque thickness to it. Fruity, going down way too easily on a warm Las Vegas evening. Nicely laced. Tangy finish. Only a tad yeasty in the aroma. Quite drinkable and pleasant for even the unitiated. (#3075, 9/6/2007)
