This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

Solid IPA with mild hop bitterness. Pours a bright gold with a hint of orange in the body. The nose is hoppy and has mild pine with tons of citrus fruits. Ligh toasted malts and a bit of sweetness up fornt then moderate bitterness and light resinous smack on the finish. Overall quite nice

Orange amber. Medium frothy, creamy white head, lasting with lace. Tropical, floral, citrus, peach, caramel. Medium to full body. Big hoppy malty beer with great balance. Hops overtake at the end leading to a medium hoppy/resin finish. Smooth, little creamy, little sticky. Very solid but this is really more of a IIPA and has alot of competition.

Spooky rattler on the label. Pours an orange/yellow color. Fluffy head on this one. Spicy and floral aroma. Bitterness is medium to me and it sticks around on the roof of the mouth. Little bite at the beginning of each sip. A little caramel taste around too.

Pours deep copper with pillowy white head. Decent aroma of grassy hops. Flavor hits with some hops up front and balances quickly with sweet malt but not cloying. Stays hop centered throughout, with a nice clean hippy finish.

Herbal, spicy hop aroma and flavor. Kind of like the hop character of an English IPA--but more of it. Light caramel malt flavor; nicely balanced. Bitter aftertaste (the good kind).

On tap at Monte Carlo pub. Pours a bright orange with a one finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, sweet malts, and weed dankness. Taste is similar but also has some tropical fruit notes. Has a medium-full body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty nice IPA.

650 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a cloudy copper-amber color with a big white head that has good retention and ample lacing. The aroma is spicy and salty with a mild pine kick. The taste is bitter hops forward with pine, grapefruit, thyme, salt, pepper, sweet caramel, toffee and marshmallows. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter pine. Overall: Nice IPA but the malt base is a bit muddled. .
