COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

Bomber from the Gold Coast in Vegas. Bottled at 7.2%. Decent IPA. Fair amount of hoppiness, but a very average brew all in all.

Pours a slightly cloudy orange, thin head.Nose is citrus hops, bubblegum and malt. Oily palate with some malt. Disappointing finish lacking in hops. Not a beer to re-visit.

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours clear amber with a medium white head. Malty nose with citrusy and piney hops. Malty flavor with citrusy zest and piney hops before a semi-sweet finish. Pretty nice.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2014 Appearance was clear gold with creamy white lasting 2 finger head , no lacing. Aromas where citrus grapefruit, lemon, orange.Malts are sweet yet subtle, not a typical west coast, that fine with me, still 80IBUs. Taste was mild honey caramel malts but balanced well with the citrus piney spicy herbal hops.Palate was smooth creamy carbonation with medium body, then long hoppy finish,Tapped @the creek good local IPA...

Bottle (650ml):
Strong pine aroma along with the storng hops. There is a sweet bitter aroma to it that is coupled with a lot of grapefruit. There is also some orange zest, a little citrus and a touch of mango.
Hazy, light orange colour with a cloudy centre and a large, foamy white head at teh top that has great retention and leaves good lacing on the glass.
Pine hops and some malts along with a combination of citrus and grapefruit flavours. There is a lot of bitterness to this one and some mango is thrown in for good measure. There is also a strong kick to it.
Medium in body with a sweet tang to it and lots of bitterness. The feel is a tangy smooth one with the finish hinting at some sourness.

A good IPA although not one of the best Iím afraid. I enjoyed this one and would have it again but it wasnít outstanding and it was a lot more bitter than I would have liked.

22oz bomber pours copper with light tan head. The aroma has nice and bold and chewy resiny pine, spicy and grapefruit like hoppiness. Those aromatics are binding together with a modest level of sweet maltiness. Smells real nice. The taste is pleasingly similar with a great mix of pine hops, spicy heading into dank hops and grapefruit like citrus hoppiness. These notes are biased toward bitter hops but the flavor hops do carve out a bit of elbow room. Wow. This is a damn good IPA. Iím not sure if my expectations were just low or I was in the perfect mood for this. Nonetheless, well done. Yes, wow!

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bitter flavor with a moderate bitter finish of medium duration. Good brew.

Bottle to snifter (thanks, Tom). Looks fine; burnt-orange with lots of head. Smells okay; grass and onions. Tastes Better than it smells; not great, but good balance. Mouthfeel is good. Decent.

Cask at the SD Real Ale Fest 2012. Clear golden amber pour, off white head. Piney hops, sweet malts, bit citrusy, and lightly bitter. A decent IPA, pretty standard fair.
