COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

Wow top notch IPA. Mild aroma... could be better, but still acceptable. Light head but OK. Taste is very blance... This is a mild IPA, not a west coast IPA. Great Beer!

Shiny orange pour with a small white head...caramel malty aroma with a touch of citrus...hoppy taste..gets better as it warms...tiny bit of pine, but maltier than a normal IPA...Tasty..but essentially an average IPA.

Draught at the Pub at Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. A great beer from a local Las Vegas brewery. This beer overdosed on hops and carries a big hoppy aroma and flavour. On the palate it was thick and seemed to coat the tongue. Bronzed amber in colour with some patches of light sand colour foam.

22oz bottle purchased at Excalibur Casino. Light golden pour with a small eggshell head. Herbal, a bit astringent, lots of caramel and toffee sweetness. Loads of honey. Would make you think it’s been sitting on a shelf too long but can’t imagine it would given the locations high traffic. Not pleasant. Would pass.

22oz bottle, purchased for $6 from the Athens, OH Kroger. ABV was listed as 7.2%. Half hazy golden yellow color, thin white head, leaving respectable lace. Light and crisp carbonation, but kind of oily. Hops are a bit on the malty sweet side. No date on this bottle that I can find. This doesn’t taste very fresh. It lacks that nice, fresh hop herbal taste, but it’s not bad. Beyond the malty sweetness, there’s a light bitterness. I’m sure this is way better on tap. On the actual label, "dry-hopped" is spelled as "dry-hoped", "floral bouquet" is spelled as "floral boquet"

22 ounce bottle shared with Ed at the Bayou. Citrus, grassy, with some caramel. The flavor is dominated by grassy hops. Lots of caramel. Brighter hop flavors, less grassy notes, better balance.

Bottle. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy weak piney aroma. Fruity malty piney bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle. Medium golden colour, slightly hazy, average white foam cap.  Fairly typical West Coast-style IPA with nice grapefruity hop character and an assertive bitter finish. I actually liked this better than the Monsoon.

Sampled on tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, resin, orange peel and caramel malt to back. Flavour of tropical fruits, bitter citrus hops, some spiciness, and a solid malt backbone. Well-rounded, refreshing and flavourful. Very good.

22oz bottle picked up from the brewery; seems fairly fresh. Both the aroma and the taste lean more towards the pine and resinous side of hops. I tend to like the sweeter more citrus tastes but this was fine.
