COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

I liked this a little more than most. It has a citrus aroma from an amber pour with a dense foamy head. The flavor is bitter hops with a hint of malt. The finish is dry and crisp.

650ml brown bottle. Deep gold coloured brew with some haze. Sturdy white foam on top. Good looking bands of lace left on the glass. Nose has a pleasant sweet fruitiness, noticeable caramel and toasted malt notes, citrus and pine notes as well. Taste has caramel malt base, orange peel, grapefruit, pine. Long finish, grapefruity and spicey/piney aftertaste, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, good drinkability. Pleasant IPA, would drink again.

Many thanks to Stefan SD for this 650 ml bottle.
Golden in the glass, slightly sweet and very intense hoppy in the nose. The beer starts much more bitter than expected. Only slightly sweet in the background. The intense bitter note lies over all - also nearly no floral hop aroma, as the nose predicts. The aftertaste is long, intense-bitter, smooth.
Probably not the freshest bottle, as I miss any of the floral hop aroma. But not bad at all - a decent very bitter brew! --> 12/10/12/11

Bomber from the Gold Coast in Vegas. Bottled at 7.2%. Decent IPA. Fair amount of hoppiness, but a very average brew all in all.

Amber colored, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is pine, citrus, caramel, lightly spicy and floral. Medium bodied, moderate to low bitterness, not bad.

Spooky rattler on the label. Pours an orange/yellow color. Fluffy head on this one. Spicy and floral aroma. Bitterness is medium to me and it sticks around on the roof of the mouth. Little bite at the beginning of each sip. A little caramel taste around too.

Bottle. Hazy, orange liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of lemon grass. grapefruit, mango, citrus, biscuit and cereal. Some light booze. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with some booziness and fruity hops. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. OK IPA with a nice hoppiness.

22 ounce bottle shared with Ed at the Bayou. Citrus, grassy, with some caramel. The flavor is dominated by grassy hops. Lots of caramel. Brighter hop flavors, less grassy notes, better balance.

Clear golden appearance, god head retention. Good citrus and pineapple juice hop aroma. Piney, citrussy palate, mild but adequate biscuity malt, plenty of hop citrus in the finish. Good west coast IPA.

650 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a cloudy copper-amber color with a big white head that has good retention and ample lacing. The aroma is spicy and salty with a mild pine kick. The taste is bitter hops forward with pine, grapefruit, thyme, salt, pepper, sweet caramel, toffee and marshmallows. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter pine. Overall: Nice IPA but the malt base is a bit muddled. .
