2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
On tap at the brewery - light clear yellow, small head, sweet aroma with an eggshell taste. Light body and kind of a sour finish. There are better beers at TC.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Light malty aromas. Really good body. Pleasant malty notes. Very good balance. I am not a fan of Pilsners, but this is an exception. It truly is, the very best beer of that style I have ever had.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance was clear yellowish gold with diminishing creamy bubbly white 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are soft pils malt, sweet corn, lite spicy hops. Taste are spicy earthy hops with smooth soft pils malt with slight corn and soft water profile. Palate was soft smooth CO2 with light body, then short balanced smooth finish. A good example of an American pils.

Not a bad beer. Not great either though. Crisp and clean. Would be good on a hot day. Nothing special.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sampled on draft this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart perfume with vague fruity hops and a bit of chalk. The flavor was tart, sour and a bit off with notes of fruity hops and egg white. Medium length finish. Light body. Not good.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampler flight on tap at the brewery (Las Vegas, NV). Pours a gentle pale yellow hue, crisp straw, subtle faint haze with lively carbonation. A small frothy bright white head atop dies to a filmy layer, laces ok. Aromas show gentle bready malt, a gentle spiciness, cleaner sweet elements. Bread, straw, some grass. Gentle spiciness. Ok, a bit vague. Initial is well carbonated and a bit fuzzy up front. Bready malts meet a ton of green apple, a bit tart, some florals, gentle spice. Odd soapy feel. More green apple, a bit tart. Middle comes a bit back to life. Lighter end of the fold, well carbonated, dry and straw feel. Crisp bready malt, a bit crusty. Firmly dry. Backend and finish is a bit spicy, some straw, grass, and mellow dry elements. A bit odd at times, especially up front. A green apple and soapy harshness at times. Not my thing.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is pretty basic lager aroma, but nothing really great about it. Grainy sweetness, bread, and a hint of biscuit. Floral hops, grass, and herbs. Some sweet grain and bread flavor. Light bitterness of herbal and grassy hops. A touch of yeast and apple esters. Maybe a bit watery.
