UPDATED: JAN 21, 2003 Light golden color. Sweet malty nose. Smooth light malt flavors with hint of cereal finish. Good brew pub pilsner.

Leafy, green, vegetal hop nose. Hazy yellow golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy sweet malt flavour with some herbal hops and light bitterness. Light body with crisp, sharp, overly strong carbonation and somewhat watery texture. Sampled at GABF 2005.

Tap at Monte Carlo Pub in Vegas. Clear rich yellow pour with a white head. Buttery grain on aroma and taste.

Golden pour with creamy white head and lace. Corn, light malt, and a hint of hops. Light corn, very light malt, and a light bitter. Pretty foamy but not thin. A beer close to being real good.

Suprised to see that this won a gold medal. Pale yellow-watery appearance. Mostly there is just something really odd about this beer. Dry hop finish, but also lumpy. Not great for sure.

Light golden and clear with a thin head. Light and lively carbonation; light body. Fairly sweet base (cereal, grains). Hops were grassy and flowery. Mild bitterness. Really missed a saaz kick.

Draft at GABF. Pours a mostly clear gold with a nice white head. Nose is grainy, lots of pils malt notes. Crisp and clean with some light herbal hopping. On taste, it’s clean and simple. Easy drinking, balanced. Nothing really shines, but not a bad beer at all.

clear pale straw yellow color with a thin white head and some spotty lacing.
solvent-y alcohol aroma...ick, followed by grainy sweetness and fruit.
the palate is WAY too sweet... flavors of strawberries, lemon and spicy grain.
medium bodied leaning on syrupy which keeps it from being refreshing or enjoyable. 3/3/4/2/8/2.0

Appearance: Clear yellow with a small white head and good lacing
Aroma: Light malts, citrus and corn
Taste: Light malts, citrus with a slightly bitter finish
Ok, I liked the bitter finish.

Draught at the brewery. Looks like their pils differs greatly between batches. Luckily mine was pretty nice. Slightly above average pils that had a little more hop than typical. Crisp, easy drinking style that finished with some cereal notes.
