Tinned, Pasteurised. Pale gold with fizzed head. Vile alcoholic mess, little to recommend it apart from a straight alcohol input. One for the druks.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Koelschtrinker (8485) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 6, 2011

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 hopscotch (8217) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - SEP 26, 2005
Can... Clear, deep gold lager with a large, frothy/whispy, off-white head. Terrific retention. Smells like a pub. Tastes like a vodka boilermaker... strong and alcoholic. Full-bodied and oily with medium carbonation. Finishes bitter, alcoholic and downright harsh. Thanks go out to my friend Dai for bringing the can back from her trip to Europe.

light amber colour, no head, peach, strong alcohol nose, syrupy, very sweet, aggressive alcohol kick - great for alcoholics !

Canned. An orange gold coloured lager which pours with a large whitish head, but diminishes to a pool of tan bubbles. The aroma is sweet and a little industrial with perfumed notes. The taste is also sweet and features strong alcohol tastes. There is lots of orange fruit flavours in the background like other European Malt Liquors. Obviously strong and it goes straight to the head, but nowhere near as bad as some others have remarked or as I was expecting.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 leaparsons (7069) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 27, 2004
Bronze with a loose head of white foam. Aromas are sweet then...nothing. This tastes of sweet water and is quite syrupy in the mouth. The alcohol is hidden somewhere - I can't really sense it. Ah, that "Old purple tin".
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 Rune (6125) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 18, 2008
440ml bottle from Tesco. Golden body with a white foamy head, quickly diminishing. Vapour of alcohol and water. Very one-dimensional in the taste profile with little less than malty flavoured water added by a strong alcoholic component. Short tail and lively carbonated. My last beer during 15 days in St Andrews. Next stop: Standing Order in Edinburgh [10.11.2008].

Can at Jacob Lövenlunds place. Golden colour with a Big fast dissapering white head. Light alcoholic malty aroma and a sweet caramel malty alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet alcoholic finish.
