Pours a cloudy brown with a tan head. The smell is caramel, fruit, grain with some tartness. The taste is big caramel, fruit, brown sugar with a bit of dryness. The body is thick with average carbonation.

Aroma classico dello stile, molto piacevole:frutta matura, cioccolato, calde note alcoliche. Gusto altrettanto piacevole e ben fatto, rispecchia tutte le componenti dell’aroma. Birrificio molto molto interessante sicuramente da approfondire.

330ml bottle. Hazy, ruby red glowing dark brown colour with late awakening, average, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige/pale ochre head. Chocolately malty aroma, fruity notes of plum, black cherries, hints of rum soaked dark fruit. Taste is moderately sweet dark fruity, chocolately, minimally spicy and bitter hoppy overtones, dry and dark chocolately undertones that can’t deny their cereal origin, lasting treacle-like finish; oily, sirupy texture, sticky palate. Slightly too sweet, very well hidden alcohol, a very nice sipper.

Bottle. Gushes out as soon as the crown is popped. Over half of the bottle is gone. Pours an auburnish dark brown, medium, brownish head. Aroma is dark fruits, some caramel, light alcohol, marzipan and yeast. Taste is very sweet. A lot of dark fruits, some caramel, light acidity. Light yeast, a lot of marzipan, some almond. Pleasant if a bit too sweet, cloying even. Definitely a dessert beer. Alcohol is completely covered by the sweetness. Full with not much of carbonation.

Bottle @ weekly tasting. Opaque brown color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for a decent while. Not a whole lot of aroma... Taste lightly malts, lightly caramel, moderately swwet, slightly herbs or spices. Medium body and carbonation. Decent.

Amber pour with a white head. The aroma has some toffee and dark fruit notes. The flavor is a mix of toffee, alcohol, candy sugar, yeast and dark fruit. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Dark brown, foam disappears quickly, low carbonation. Very sweet start. Aroma of honey and dark sugar. Bitter finish. Some mettalic notes. A bit unbalanced.
