3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Slightly hazy orange under a large white head tinged with orange pith. The head fades clumpy and rocky and swirls thick.
Orange and lemon flesh. Minty pine and hop resins in the back. Macerated tangerines and lemons. Spicy, zesty, and yeasty. Rye seeds and citrus oils.
Spicy and yeasty, just as the nose promised. Fruity and bready and juicy wrapped up in rye and spice. Lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin oranges. Massive hit of flavors up front with a mild middle and lingering spiced macerated whole oranges. Rye crackers underneath. Mint leaf and fresh herbs in the breath.
Another winner from Matt Webster of Tequesta Brewing in Tequesta Florida. A lovely sessionable fusion of Rye and IPA. Hopefully Matt will see fit to brew this beer again.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On-tap at Coffee District. What a great brewery TBC is shaping up to become! Need more info on their beers/brewery though
A: Pours a bright lemon color with a big, tight, creamy head. Excellent retention. Really a pretty beer
S: Very enticing aroma of orchard fruit, lemon (citrus) zest, and earthy/grassy hops balanced by the flavor of malted rye.
T: The flavor is a delicate malt backbone that lends a little rye and a touch of sweetness. Hops are grassy and lemony. Bitterness is there, but definitely restrained. Well rounded and certainly delicious
MF/O: Creamy medium body, smooth carbonation, lingering bitter lemony finish. Overall a fantastic summer offering and a great IPA - highly recommended. Great job TBC!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I picked up a growler of this at the brewery today and now it’s time to sit back and enjoy. It pours a fairly cloudy yellow/gold... Maybe the color of an apricot’s skin. Aromas are peach, some hop funk, a little grassy and a touch of pine. Flavor is pleasant, but could be a little more robust. It comes across as a little watery and underdeveloped for something I would call an IPA, but it’s a darn fine summer refresher.

Draft... Murky golden ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. The bouquet offers lemon, a mélange of citrus peels and rye graininess. Medium-bodied with a crisp mouthfeel and stinging carbonation. The flavor presents bitter citrus rinds and piths with a spicy rye accent. Crisp, bitter, dry finish.
