(Bottle 35,5 cl) Brought home from NYC by colleague Vinholdt - thanx Jan. Straw yellow in colour with a bobbly, white head that fades fast but never disappears completely. By the first sip this is reminiscent of a German Radler - a mix of Lager and lemonade. Here it’s lime-extract that adds the citrus-flavour, which rapidly mixes with the flavour of blue agave - best known as the main ingredient in Tequila. 12oz bottle-pours a dissipating foamy white head and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is lime, some grain. Taste is herbal, lime, some grain, soapy, thin. Un-enjoyable.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours like Bud and the white head vanished near instantly. Aroma is a rather nice lime/citrus. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is salt, lime and something veg. If I was in Mexico, on the beach, chowing down on fajitas, maybe. As it is, I’ll spit it out and pour the rest down the drain. Next to Pink Killer it may be one of the more disgusting things. Well, not that bad.

strong lime aroma, sweet, too much carbonation

Bottle from Kroger. Poured clear light pale color with an average rocky white head that mostly diminished. Light sour citrus aroma. Light body with a watery texture with soft carbonation. Light bitter sweet flavor with a bitter finish of short duration. Drinkable summer brew.

Drank with ilovedarkbeer. Better than Michelob lime and Cactus. Pours with a fizzy white head and a pale yellow body. Ginger and seven-up aroma. Gin and tonic taste. Fizzy mouth.

There is some slight limey aroma in this, but it doesn't really do much for the taste. I'll leave this one to the rich, snobby Connecticut girls out there.
