Bottle. Pours a cloudy pink with small frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong cherry and rubber. Medium mouthfeel with light sour cherry and tart finish. Easy to drink a very good fruit beer.

PriorL (1988) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 10, 2013
33cl bottle. Appearance: less red color, small unstable head. Nose: almost like pure sugar, grenadine, "poepkes" (a kind of cherry flavored candy). Taste: tastes like cherry extract, no sourness, way to much sugar, this isnít really a beer in my opinion, but it is refreshing, but then you better drink a lemonade...

Head quickly dissipates. Head has a red tinge and the beer has a golden-red hue. Aroma is almost completely of cherries, as is the taste. The mouthfeel is thick, with a lingering sweetness. Slight bitterness at the end of the finish. From research: They do not use sour cherries as is traditional, but instead simply add cherry juice. None of the additional fruit sugar seems to have fermented. My mouth feels like I just took a sip from an Icee.

degbert (1174) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 29, 2013
Pours a deep, hazy rose-pink with a high pale pink head. Nose is intensely cherry in the pie and spice spectrum. Good acid, some bitterness on the finish to balance the sweetness, and finishes clean and bright. The fruit is excellent. This is pretty darn good.

Bright reddish-pinkish with an off-white/pinkish head. Aroma of cherry flavors and candy. Taste is cherry candy and some weird off flavors. Medium bodied; slightly dry. Ok, kind of obnoxious though.

dfinney23 (1772) - Houston, Texas, USA - FEB 19, 2013
Pours hazy red with a bright pink head. Aroma of sweet cherry and strawberry. Taste is very sweet with a touch of sour keeping it from being too cloying.

Bontus (638) - Flanders, BELGIUM - JAN 27, 2013
Bottle, 33cl, Geers. Pours dark pink, clear. Pink head. Candy & cherry nose. Very very perfumed, strong artificial cherry candy aroma. Taste rather sweet, too sticky, cloying. This is a genuine liquid "poepegaatje"

Pinball (10908) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2013
Bottle from beer planet. clear red, smooth pink head. looks carbonated. aroma of lambic, sweet cherry notes, sour lambic notes, fruity cherry notes, marzipan. Flavor is sweetened cherries, lambic, fruity cherry jam notes, dry prickly sensation too. quite a mixup, and quite sweet. The sweet flavor seems to be somewhat like candi sugar, perhaps slightly caramellish. A bit cloying after half a glass.
