Perfect combination. Aged in George Dickel barrels with a bottle also thrown in for good measure, some cherries and three months of fermentation and you got yourself the best unique stout in Chattanooga.

Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. The aroma has cherry-ish medicinal notes and lightly roasted malts. The flavor has whiskey, some light cherry fruity sweetness, roasted malts, and a hint of wood. Pretty good.

Brown pour with tan head and lace. Roasted malt, a hint of oak/vannilla and sour cherry. Roasted malt, a malt bitter, musty twang that may be cherry? Fizzy and slightly thin. A beer that improves greatly as it warms.

Got there to have two pints just in time as about a half hour later they had kicked the last keg, they might need to do two barrels next time. Dark brown-black, light tan head, little lacing. Bourbon vanilla aroma, roast, but a light alcohol bite. Taste is better, nice bourbon, sweet maraschino cherry, vanilla, chocolate, roasty astringent bitter finish. A bit lacking in the rich creamy body I like in barrel aged stouts, but solid.
