COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This monster was created with some of the best chocolate and roasted malts to create the perfect blend of stout fullness and minimal fruit esters. This beer will have you trying to decide if you like fullness or the myriad of coffee and chocolate undertones more. It will also have the other stout brewers gathering the torches and storming our door.

Black with a very fine ring of a head. The aroma is mostly roasted malt, subtle chocolate. The flavor is similar, mostly roasty. The mouthfeel is a little thinner than I had expected. Decent stout though.

Draft at brewpub. Pours black with an inch of white foam that leaves a lot of lacing. Big chocolate and coffee notes on the nose. Slightly silky mouthfeel that coats the mouth. Iím getting more coffee notes on the tongue than anything else. A bit of dryness on the tongue. Nice!

Thick black color with off wgite lacing. Nose reminds me of coffee and breakfast. Slightly thin palate with nice coffee notes. A great cold weather beer.
