COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This monster was created with some of the best chocolate and roasted malts to create the perfect blend of stout fullness and minimal fruit esters. This beer will have you trying to decide if you like fullness or the myriad of coffee and chocolate undertones more. It will also have the other stout brewers gathering the torches and storming our door.

On tap at the brewpub in Chattanooga. Dark, ruby red to black pour, off-white head - nice lacing. Aroma of chicory, coffee, licorice. Flavor has some of the same elements with some chocolate making its presence known as well. Nice lacticity. Best of my visit to the brewhouse.

Cloudy, reddish brown, looks like old blood. Strong aroma of coffee, smoke, and dark chocolate. flavor is really smoky, rough coffee, butt he palate gives a nice smooth aftertaste. On tap at the Brewhouse.

Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. Roasted malty aroma with some nutty sweetness and coffee. A touch thin, with roasted malts and coffee, light chocolate sweetness, and a bitter roasted finish. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours very dark with a small light tan head. Aroma was lots of roasted malt, some bittersweet chocolate. Flavor was that plus some mild nuttiness and some coffee. Long bittersweet finish. Body seemed a bit thin. Good; very drinkable. Not very complex.

On tap at Terminal. Poured medium-deep cola brown with a ring of off-white head. The aroma picked up lots of sweet and slightly darker chocolates paired with vanilla and rolled oats.. sweet and welcoming. The flavor found semi-sweet chocolate all the way through.. light cocoa bitterness and related sourness on the edges.. bittersweet, roasty finish. Medium-bodied at most on the palate, with increasing bitterness as it progressed.. moderate carbonation.. decent feel and flow.. I’d gladly have another.

Pours dark brown with a thin light tan head that leaves lace on the glass. Aroma is burnt and roasty with a touch of ethanol. Flavor is coffee with a hint of sweetness like dark chocolate. Toasty and bready, too. Dry chocolate finish with lots of chocolate. Mouthfeel is highly carbonated with slight stinging and a medium body. Overall, a nice stout with lots chocolate character.

On tap at the Terminal Brewhouse. Pours nearly black with a small tan head. The aroma is coffee, roasted malts and bitter chocolate. The flavor is typical stout bittersweet. The palate is heavy, but a little watery. Overall, a standard stout, but not bad.
